Have you heard of Fruity Loops?
You can download the demo online by googling it, or the full version using torrents.
It takes a while to get used to, but you can make really awesome trance/techno songs. DJ's with record deals have used it.
Sorry i don't know about the specific generator you have in mind, but Fruity Loops is definetely worth a look at, if you are interested.
